2 Week 2 of 7: Clearing the Static
Tuning Breath + Count to Nine · This week · premieres Wed, Oct 14
Static isn’t a character flaw. It’s a load problem. And load can be lightened.
This week Doug and Angela break down the three kinds of static, what the research says about interruptions and your phone, a brand-new breath most people have never heard of, a guided 2-minute Static Sweep, and an honest lesson on confirming before you conclude.

1 Kings 19:12 · Week 2 Anchor Card
- Tuning Breath: feet planted, shoulders down, jaw loose. Breathe in quietly through your nose. Lips closed, teeth slightly apart, hum a low “mmmm” until the air runs out. Count it: one. Do three. Lost count? Back to one.
- When to use it: three Tuning Breaths, about 20 seconds, before you open an app, walk into a meeting, or answer a text that made your chest tight. Hum, count to three, then choose.
